About the builder

Sachin Mallah

I build AI-powered products, automation systems, and distribution systems that solve real problems and keep working after launch.

ABOUT / PORTRAIT

I learned to read the response.

My distribution work involves the systems behind content: choosing ideas, packaging them for the platform, publishing, and using audience response to improve the next release.

That feedback loop now shapes how I approach software. I look for the real constraint, build a useful system around it, and keep improving it after people start using it.

The work connects.

Start with the constraint.

I want to understand what is slowing someone down before deciding what to build. Sometimes the answer is a product. Sometimes it is a simpler workflow, a better interface, or a clearer way to reach people.

I try to keep complexity behind the experience, make the first useful version real, and improve it from evidence rather than assumptions.
